Sleepawake is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This website shares information about our mission, programs, team, and how to get involved.

Content on this site — including descriptions of our programs, outcomes data, and testimonials — is provided for general information. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Our programs are educational and experiential in nature; they are not therapy or treatment. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please seek help from a qualified provider.

Applying to or participating in a Sleepawake program is governed by the separate materials and agreements you receive during the application and enrollment process. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the program documents control for your participation.

Some things on the site link out to services we use — applications and mailing-list signups (Airtable), donations (Zeffy), scheduling (Calendly), and event registration (Luma). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our privacy policy for details on how information flows through them.

The text, images, logo, and other content on this site belong to Sleepawake or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to the site; please don't reproduce substantial portions of it, or use our name or logo, without asking us first.

Donations are processed by Zeffy on behalf of Sleepawake and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Unless you tell us otherwise, donations are unrestricted gifts supporting our general mission.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleepawake is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
