Sleepawake offers a variety of programs that support young adults in
building healthy, vibrant lives of deep connection.
Sleepawake is a 30 day immersive for 18-30 year olds. It's our oldest program, and the data speaks for itself. Four months after Sleepawake Camp 2024, participants reported:
100% of campers with severe anxiety reduced anxiety levels to moderate or mild
51% average increase in relationship satisfaction
41% average increase in willingness to set a boundary
34% increase in close social relationships
Sleepawake Immersive was initiated from the desire to open our programs to more people, especially those for whom 30 days is an infeasible commitment due to work or family obligations.
The first Sleepawake Immersive is February 21 - March 2, 2025.
Sleepawake hosts a variety of workshops in the Bay Area, all focused on fostering a deeper sense of connectedness and wellbeing. Upcoming & past events are listed here.
Our programs are built for young people ages 18-30. Although we offer our retreats at market-competitive rates, many of our attendees are just a few years out of college and unable to afford the full tuition price. Our programs can be a foundational experience for them at the beginning of their adult lives.
In 2024, we awarded partial scholarships to almost 75% of Sleepawake Campers, meeting 100% of their financial aid needs. It is important to us to continue offering financial aid for applicants who are good fits for our programs.
